Upon expiry of these periods, we will proceed with the secure deletion of your personal information.

09Your rights

Under PIPEDA and Ontario legislation, you have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Access: Request information about what personal data we hold about you and how we use it
• Correction: Request rectification of inaccurate or incomplete information
• Withdrawal of consent: Withdraw your consent to processing at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing
