RH Immigration Boutique reserves the right to modify this privacy policy at any time to adapt to legislative, jurisprudential, or internal practice changes. ⚠️ Important notice about the nature of our services

RH Immigration Boutique does not provide regulated Canadian immigration representation. Services are limited to: immigration education, document preparation and coordination, procedural guidance, and international coordination support for persons residing outside Canada. We are not RCIC nor members of any Canadian Law Society.

13Scope of services and regulatory limitation

By engaging the services of RH Immigration Boutique, the client declares having read, understood, and expressly accepted the following conditions:

1. Nature of services. RH Immigration Boutique provides advisory and guidance services in Canadian immigration matters. Rafael Hernández holds a law degree from Universidad Sergio Arboleda in Colombia, with solid legal training and specialized knowledge in Canadian immigration law, including current IRPA, IRPR legislation and the reforms introduced by Bill C-12.

2. Regulatory limitation in Canada. Rafael Hernández is not registered as a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC), nor is he an active member of any Canadian Law Society. Accordingly, he cannot provide regulated legal representation before Canadian immigration authorities under applicable local regulations.

3. Services directed to persons outside Canada. RH Immigration Boutique services are exclusively directed to individuals residing outside Canada who wish to begin an immigration process to that country. The client acknowledges that they are engaging international documentation support services, not regulated legal representation in Canada.

4. Advisor's knowledge and experience. The client acknowledges that Rafael Hernández holds accredited university legal training, maintains current knowledge of Canadian immigration legislation, and has practical experience in the preparation and guidance of immigration files with a documented approval rate. This experience does not substitute or equate to Canadian regulatory authorization, but represents genuine professional value for the client.

5. Informed client decision. The client declares engaging these services freely, voluntarily, and with full awareness of the conditions described in this section. Engaging the services implies express acceptance of this scope and its limitations.

6. Recommendation of complementary counsel. For matters requiring formal legal representation before Canadian authorities, RH Immigration Boutique may refer the client to an RCIC or licensed attorney in Canada when the situation warrants it.
